All of our events are designed to excite your palate with the latest trends, the newest efforts, the current one offs and so on. We want to widen your palate but not your wallet. WILD WASHINGTON APPLE CIDER 500ML, 16.9 oz – 7% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: We planted the “wild” apple cultivars that grew in eastern America, England and France to make our ciders – the name Wild Washington Apple seemed appropriate.  With pineapple aroma and a pronounced mineral quality that gives the cider a lively mouth feel. There are notes of green apple and preserved lemon. PAIRING IDEAS: Spinach Salad, Marinated and grilled meats, Hamburgers, Pastas with spicy sauces and the perfect cocktail base. APRICOT CIDER 500ML – 6.9% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: When we infuse our crisp apple cider with the tartness of apricot, the apple notes play a supporting role and let the tartness of the apricots shine.  Your mouth will taste both dry and fresh apricot. PAIRING IDEAS: Our most versatile food cider:  Anything with potatoes, Quinoa soups, Lamb based stews and soups, and curry dressed salads. CHERRY BLEND CIDER 500ML – 6.9% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: Our crisp apple cider finishes with the sweetness of cherry and hints of clove and cinnamon blended with a tart acid to stand up to the sweetness of the cherry. A well balanced apple cider blended with Cherry. Big mouth feel, perfect acid, and long finish. PAIRING IDEAS: Hard Cheeses, Grilled Salmon, Citrus & Avocado Salads, Spicy Chili’s, Mexican food and Salmon Tacos and Butternut Squash Soup Cidermaker’s Reserve Cider 500ML – 8.0% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: Our two-year-old bourbon barrel-aged bittersweet cider has a nose that brings out the haze of vanilla, plum and slight bourbon notes. It pours a golden hue with hints of charred oak, vanilla and late harvest apples on the palate. TIETON FROST CIDER 375ML, 12.7 oz. – 11% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: Our autumn harvest blend of Jonagold, Pinova and Winter Banana apples produces a pale straw cider that is expressive and floral with a pleasing sweetness. PAIRING IDEAS: Enjoy this cider at room temperature as an aperitif, as a cocktail base or the perfect finish to any meal. TIETON WIND CIDER 375ML – 16% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: Fortified with brandy custom distilled from our own cider, this is a blend of slowly fermenting artisanal ciders aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.  It pours a golden hue with hints of charred oak, vanilla and late harvest apples on the palate. PAIRING IDEAS: Perfect as a dessert cider or enjoy as a sweet aperitif.  Wonderful to stew dried fruits in to create compote. Possibility: YAKIMA DRY HOPPED CIDER 500ML – 6.9% Alcohol TASTING NOTE: The Yakima Valley is known worldwide as a premier apple growing region and a prominent source of hops.  We have chosen a select blend of traditional and exotic hops to marry with our cider.  This blend of hops produces an aroma of fruit-forward nuttiness followed by a citrusy palate. PAIRING IDEAS: Pair this cider with chili’s and salsas; sweet or spicy flavors inspired from all parts of the globe or simply with ripe brie.
