Patio Pale Ale

American Pale Ales are light in color, ranging from golden to a light copper color. The style of this beer is defined by the American hops used. American hops typically have high bitterness and aroma. This is a perfect beer for big fare like grilled burgers or combination pizzas, as well as lighter fare like sushi and green salads.
5% ABV | 22 IBU
Cream Ales, spawned from the American light lager style, are brewed as an ale. 55 lbs of flaked corn was used to lighten the body. Pale straw to pale gold color, low hop bittering and some hop aroma. Well carbonated and well attenuated.
Rediculous Red Ale
6.7% ABV | 33 IBU
A classic red ale, true to style, exquisitely balanced, base and caramelized crystal malts are the canvas for the beautiful deep mahogany hue and toasty finish, Simcoe and Golding hops balance the sweet malt backbone with a light fruity flavor.

This well balanced American style IPA is a reincarnation of the English version bumped up to NW Style, pale golden to reddish amber in color, aggressively dry hopped to provide big herbal and citrus notes. Amarillo, Cascade, Nugget, Simcoe.
My Favorite Marzen
5.8% ABV | 21 IBU
This lager style beer originating in Germany available in the spring (Marzen meaning March). Festival versions consumed in October. Light and smooth using European malts and noble hops. Prost!
